That you should be able to do more.
That needing rest means you're failing.
That saying "I can't" is an admission of inadequacy.

But limits are not defects.
They're design.

You are not infinite.
You were never meant to be.

Honouring your limits is not giving up.
It's growing up.

It's the wisdom to know what you can carry
and the humility to admit what you cannot.

This week, say "I cannot" without moral panic.

Not as a complaint.
As a fact.

I cannot take that on right now.
I cannot be available for that.
I cannot be the person you need me to be in this moment.

Limits are not failures.
They're the shape of your humanity.
And honouring them is wisdom, not weakness.
