When You're Ashamed of How Tired You Feel

Tiredness is not always spiritual failure.

You're tired.

Not just physically.
Soul-tired.

And instead of rest,
you've added shame on top of exhaustion.

You tell yourself you should be stronger.
You should trust more. Pray more. Fight more.

But tiredness is not always spiritual failure.
Sometimes it's just being human.

Elijah was exhausted after the victory.
Not because he lacked faith.
Because he was a person.

And God's response was not a lecture.
It was sleep. Food. Presence.

This week, give yourself permission to rest without guilt.
Sleep. Eat. Pray honestly.
Let your body catch up to your spirit.

You are not failing because you're tired.
You're tired because you've been fighting.
And that is not a sin.
