Step-by-Step Application
- Complete the 18 dual-axis questions across 6 domains (8 minutes)
- Review your coherence band: SOVEREIGN / ALIGNED / DRIFTING / FRAGMENTED
- Identify your weakest domain — this is where correction has highest leverage
- Execute the first action prescribed for your weakest domain
- Re-run after 30 days to measure whether the gap closed or widened
Failure Mode
